AMILON™ Engineered PTFE by Altamira

AMILON filled PTFE products are useful where improved thermal conductivity, coefficient of friction, compressive strength, wear rate, creep or cold flow are required. They also offer excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance and are used in applications at temperature extremes from -400˚F (-240˚C) to 500˚F (260˚C).

POLYMER ADDITIVES: PTFE, PEEK and other polymers can be further enhanced by blending the resin with other materials that exhibit better physical properties. Examples include: Graphite, Molybdenum Disulfide, Polyimide, Bronze, Carbon (Fiber or Powder) Ryton, Colorant (for Visual Identification), Glass (Fiber or Bead).
